SmallRig RA-L90 LANTERN SOFTBOX

Took this lantern softbox on a portrait shoot and loved how evenly it spread light across the group. The build feels solid, and the diffusion panel gives a really natural, soft glow.

The latch mechanism clicks shut with a reassuring firmness, and the diffuser fabric spreads light so evenly across the room that shadows just melt away. Setup took under two minutes, which is a godsend when you're on location.

The quick-release umbrella mechanism makes setup feel effortless, and the light it throws is genuinely soft and even for headshots. Only wish the included diffusion layers were a bit thicker, but for the price it’s a solid buy.
