Promaster 82mm Protection Filter - Basis

I've been using this filter for a few weeks now and the image quality is exactly the same as without it, which is exactly what I wanted. The glass seems well-coated and doesn't add any extra glare in bright sunlight. It just sits there protecting my lens without me having to think about it.

I was a little worried about degrading image quality, but the Basis filter is so neutral I honestly can't tell it's on. The glass stays clean easily and it threads on butter-smooth. Exactly what I needed for basic lens protection.

The threading is smooth and the glass sits flush against the lens, so I don't worry about dust sneaking in between. It's been on my walkaround lens for two weeks now and I can't tell it's there in any of the shots.
