Promaster 52mm UV HGX Prime

Was a bit skeptical about spending extra on a filter, but the ground and polished edges on this one make it feel genuinely premium. It’s cut down on haze in my outdoor shots without adding any weird color cast, which is exactly what I needed.

I can see the difference in color saturation immediately when I use this filter on sunny days—the glass is noticeably clearer than my old one. The ground and polished edges make it feel solid, not like a cheap accessory.

Bought this to protect my 50mm lens and the multi-coating really does its job—no glare or color shift even shooting straight into a bright sky. It's thin enough that my stock lens cap fits fine, which I didn't expect.
