Installing this baseplate took maybe 30 seconds, and now my camera feels much more secure on my tripod. The rubber pad on the bottom keeps it from sliding around on a desk, which I really appreciate.

This baseplate gives me full access to the battery door without removing it, which is a huge time-saver during shoots. The build is solid and feels like it belongs on the camera, not like an afterthought. Really glad I went with this one.

Finally, a baseplate that doesn't block the battery door—makes swapping batteries mid-shoot so much easier. The build feels solid and adds just the right amount of grip for handheld work.
