Promaster Short Brass Spigot 1/4-20 female to 3/8 female

This little adapter solved my tripod compatibility issue perfectly. The compact brass design is much sturdier than the plastic ones I've used before.

The solid brass construction feels substantial, and the female-to-female threads on both ends fit my gear perfectly. I’ve been using it to connect a light stand to a smaller adapter, and it’s exactly as compact as I needed.

The threads on this little brass spigot are cut cleanly, so screwing it onto both my 1/4-20 and 3/8 female mounts felt snug without any wobble. It’s compact enough to hide behind my gear, and the solid metal gives me confidence it won’t strip out under load.
