Prism Lens FX Dream FX Filter (4 x 5.65)

The soft-focus effect is exactly what I was hoping for—it gives my shots that dreamy, cinematic look without making them look out of focus. I’ve been using it on a few portrait sessions and the way it diffuses highlights is just beautiful. Really glad I finally picked this up.

Finally got this in 4x5.65 for my matte box and the halation around streetlights is exactly the vintage look I was after. It’s subtle enough that skin tones stay natural, which surprised me.

The way it softens highlights into that classic cinematic glow is unreal—even my harshest daylight shots look like they were graded by a colorist. I’ve kept it on my 4x5 for every portrait session since, and the effect holds up at f/2.8 without washing out the shadows.
