Leica E46 Yellow Filter

I was worried about color shifts with this filter, but the neutral yellow is subtle and didn’t muddy my shadows during a cloudy day shoot. Build quality feels solid, threads smoothly onto my 46mm lens.

The yellow filter made capturing street scenes easier by cutting through haze and giving skies a more natural tonal separation. It screwed on smoothly without any binding, which I appreciated while swapping lenses quickly. For black and white work, this is exactly the tool I needed.

Putting this on my 50mm Summicron really cuts through haze on overcast days. The thread mount is perfectly smooth and precise, locking on without any wobble. Fits perfectly and does exactly what a good yellow filter should.
