Flic Film Kodak Double-X 135-36 黑白底片

Shot three rolls on a trip and the grain is exactly what I hoped for — classic and cinematic, not harsh. The fact that it’s been around since 1959 shows in how forgiving it is in mixed light, though I did have to bracket more than usual on overcast days.

I loaded this Double-X for some street portraits and the contrast in midtones came out exactly as I hoped. Even with harsh afternoon light, the shadows held detail without blowing the highlights.

The grain on this Double-X is gorgeous, especially in low light where it gives that classic cinema look. Shot a roll around the city at dusk and the contrast held up way better than I expected. Loading was a bit stiff on my first try but that's on me.
