Paterson Super System 4 Multi-Reel 5 Developing Tank

The Paterson Super System 4 Multi-Reel 5 Developing Tank is optimized for processing multiple rolls of film at once, holding up to five 35mm rolls or three 120/220 rolls. Made from high-impact polystyrene, this tank is durable, lightweight, and easy to clean. It comes with a matching center column, funnel, lid, and agitator rod, but reels are not included, allowing you to customize your setup. The funnel features a snap-in design that is light-tight and easy to install and remove, while the large-diameter design ensures fast filling and dumping for improved developing accuracy. The tank supports both rotary and inversion agitation methods and is compatible with Paterson Auto-Load Reels, which adjust to accommodate 35mm, 127, and 120/220 film formats.

Evelyn R. ★★★★★

The locking mechanism on the lid is a relief—no more worrying about light leaks halfway through development. I processed four rolls of 35mm without a single issue, and the tank feels solid and well-constructed.

Eli K. ★★★★★

I can fit four rolls of 35mm in one go without any leaks, and the reels load much easier than my older tank. Saves me a ton of time in the darkroom.

Penelope F. ★★★★★

The lid twists off smoothly even when the tank is full, and the wide mouth makes pouring chemicals in without spills a lot less fiddly than my old setup. I’ve run three 35mm rolls in one go and the reels click in place firmly every time.
