Christopher ★★★★★

The bokeh from the DS coating is so creamy that even busy backgrounds turn into smooth, dreamy washes of color. I've been using it for headshots and the fall-off from sharp focus to soft blur is genuinely stunning.

Matthew K. ★★★★★

The autofocus on this lens is incredibly fast and accurate, even in dimly lit reception halls. The DS coating really does make a difference in the bokeh, producing a dreamy, almost ethereal look.

Grace ★★★★★

Shot a wedding last weekend and the DS coating really delivers on those creamy, dreamy backgrounds — it’s like painting with light. The f/1.2 aperture lets in so much that I could shoot in near darkness without a flash. Just wish the lens hood came standard for this price.
