Finally a photography book that actually walks you through the complete workflow from lighting to retouching without glossing over the tricky bits. The lighting diagrams are clear enough that I could set up my first studio shot without guessing.

I was skeptical at first, but the step-by-step breakdown of lighting setups in this edition finally made sense of complex three-light portraits for me. The retouching section alone saved me hours of trial and error in Photoshop.
