The cotton texture has this nice, natural weight that hangs without those awkward creases you get with synthetics, and the 10x12 size covers a surprising amount of frame space. It's become my go-to for portrait sessions where I need a moody, dark background that doesn't swallow all the light.

I finally have a backdrop that doesn't wrinkle in the bag, the 10 x 12 size gives me plenty of room for full-body shots, and the dark gray adds a smooth, moody feel without being too harsh.

The 100% cotton surface takes dye beautifully—the gray has this soft, mottled depth that makes skin tones pop in portraits. It’s a generous 10x12, so I’ve got plenty of room to crop or shoot full-body without worrying about edges.
