The coating really does a fantastic job repelling dirt and dust, which is a lifesaver when swapping filters in the field. Color cast from IR light is practically gone in my landscape shots, giving me much cleaner edits to work with.

Ground and polished glass makes a visible difference — my test shots have noticeably better contrast and less color shift than my old screw-on ND. It’s also dead simple to clean, which is a huge plus when I swap filters on location.

The coating really does repel dust and fingerprints—I barely had to wipe it after a windy beach session. Even with harsh midday sun, the IR suppression kept my sky from going magenta, and the glass feels buttery smooth when I spin it on. This is the sharpest 1.2 stop I've owned.
