Promaster 43mm IRND16X (1.2) HGX Prime

The individual grinding and polishing on this filter really shows—it sits perfectly flat on my lens and doesn’t introduce any extra color cast. Dirt and dust wipe off without a trace, which is a huge plus when you’re swapping glass on a dusty trail.

I’ve been using this filter for long-exposure landscape shots, and the infrared suppression really helps cut down on the magenta color shift I used to get with cheaper ND filters. The glass feels solid but not heavy, and the coating seems to repel dust and fingerprints pretty well so far.

The ground and polished glass of this filter feels incredibly premium, and it completely eliminated the infrared shift I was seeing with my old ND. It repels dirt well too, which is a huge plus for landscape shooting. This has become a permanent part of my kit.
