Sony NP-FM500H InfoLithium Battery

I like that this battery packs a full charge into such a small size—it’s barely bigger than my old one, yet it lasts noticeably longer. No memory effect is a real bonus too.

Swapping batteries mid-shoot used to be a hassle, but this one holds a charge so well I barely swap anymore. It’s also nice that it works without developing that memory effect, keeping the power consistent from first shot to last.

The lack of memory effect is a game-changer — I can top off the charge anytime without worrying about degrading the battery. It's small and lightweight too, so my camera bag feels noticeably lighter on long shoots.
