The brightness adjustment is incredibly smooth thanks to the stepless dial, and it's compact enough to fit in my pocket right next to the lens. Makes getting even light on small subjects so much easier.

I love how this little light lets me brighten up just the tiniest details of my stamps and coins without washing out the color. Having the brightness adjustable in small steps really helps me control the shot, and it stays cool even after 20 minutes of close-up work.

Having the CRI rating this high makes a real difference when shooting small subjects — colors look natural instead of washed out. The magnetic diffuser is also a nice touch for softening harsh shadows on reflective surfaces.
