The padded divider insert keeps my lenses snug without any rattling, and the hard shell took a solid knock on the airport conveyor without a scratch. I can wheel it one-handed through a crowded terminal, which is more than I can say for my old backpack.

That padded divider insert is a game changer—my lenses stay perfectly separated and cushioned, no more jostling on the tarmac. The wheels roll smoothly through airport corridors, and it still fits easily in the overhead bin without being a hassle.

Took this through a tight overhead bin on a regional jet and it fit perfectly, even with the padded divider stuffed full. The wheels roll smoothly over carpet and tile without any wobble. Feels solid enough to survive a checked baggage mishap, though I’m still using it as a carry-on.
