Finally, no more running back and forth to hit the shutter button on long exposures. The infrared range is solid, letting me trigger the camera from a good 30 feet away while I stay out of the frame. Makes tripod work so much smoother.

I set this up with my Canon on a tripod and the infrared signal works reliably from about 15 feet away. The shutter response is instant, which made capturing birds at the feeder much easier. Only wish the range was a bit longer for group shots.

Bought this for long exposure night shots and it works perfectly from about 15 feet away, which is plenty for self-portraits. The only small issue is the button feels a bit cheap, but it hasn't failed me yet.
