Promaster HGX Prime 可変ニュートラルデンシティ 52mmフィルター

Finally a filter that doesn't force me to crank the ISO to compensate. The ground glass elements feel genuinely premium, and the IR suppression has saved me from nasty color casts in midday glare.

I was a little skeptical about the infrared suppression, but the first shots I took with this 52mm filter showed noticeably cleaner blacks and less color cast. The coating really does repel dirt and smudges better than my old glass. It's become a permanent part of my landscape kit.

The individual grinding and polishing really shows in how smoothly the ring turns when I adjust density. Only thing is it's a bit thicker than my other filters, so my lens cap doesn't snap on as easily.
