Promaster Dovetail コールドシューマウント

The locking mechanism on this mount feels really secure once you tighten it down, no wobble with my speedlight attached. It’s a simple solution for getting a light or mic off a tripod without needing a whole new adapter. Exactly what I needed for a compact video setup.

Finally, a dovetail mount that actually grips my speedlight without any wobble. Slid it onto my tripod plate and the lock is firm enough that I don’t worry about gear dropping mid-shoot. Works exactly as described for both my LED light and mic.

I've been looking for a solid adapter to get my microphone off the camera and onto a tripod, and this cold shoe does the trick perfectly with its solid dovetail design. The mounting process was quick and secure, no wobbling at all once tightened down.
