The ball bearing ratchet system makes loading 120 film onto this reel almost foolproof, even with wet hands. It's saved me so much frustration compared to the old plastic reels I used before.

I was a bit worried about loading 120 film onto a reel, but the ball bearing ratchet system made it effortless even with wet hands. The adjustable format slots are snug and hold the film perfectly without any kinking.

Finally, a reel that doesn't fight me when loading 120 film wet—the ball bearings click into place perfectly every time. I can switch between 35mm and 120 in seconds, and it's already saved me from a few frustrating dark bag sessions.
