Shot a whole roll on a bright afternoon and the grain came out beautifully smooth, even in the shadowed areas. The panchromatic response really nailed the tonal range, giving me those classic black and white prints I was after. This is my new go-to for portrait sessions.

This film’s panchromatic sensitivity handles every tone beautifully, even in mixed lighting where cheaper rolls get muddy. Loaded it in my Pentax for a weekend street shoot and the 36 exposures came back with serious classic contrast. Definitely stocking up for my next batch.

It’s a solid everyday black-and-white film for its price, and the ISO 100 speed handles bright daylight scenes without fuss. I’d have liked a bit more contrast in the shadows, but the panchromatic range gives nice, natural tones on the negatives.
