The silver side throws exactly the kind of punchy, specular light I wanted for portrait edges, and the whole thing collapses down small enough to live in my camera bag. Used it on a sunny shoot and the difference between the two sides was night and day for how I shaped the shadows.

I was worried the white side would be too soft, but it actually diffuses beautifully for flattering portrait work. Folds down small enough to fit in my camera bag’s side pocket—definitely a bonus for location shoots.

The silver side threw off a much punchier kick than I expected for a 32-inch disc, and the white side cleaned up the shadows perfectly for a quick portrait session. Folds down flat enough to slide into my camera bag without a fight, which is a huge win for location shoots.
