I've been swapping this plate between my tripod and gimbal all week and the quick-release mechanism locks in securely every time, no wobble at all. The base plate itself is thin enough that it doesn't add noticeable bulk to my setup.

The latch on this plate is satisfyingly solid—no wobble once locked in. I've swapped it between my tripod and gimbal a dozen times today without any issues.

Finally, a quick release plate that actually locks tight without any wobble—the machining is precise. It slides on and off my tripod in seconds, which saves me tons of setup time in the field.
