The four different size inserts make it easy to get a custom fit on my various lenses, and the gearing is buttery smooth with my follow focus. I was surprised how much easier pulling focus is now compared to using tape-on gear rings.

Really glad these snap on without any tools and stay put even during fast pulls. The 0.8 MOD gearing lines up perfectly with my follow focus, and the four sizes cover all my lenses.

Finally, a focus gear that doesn’t slip mid-pull—the 0.8 MOD teeth grab my follow focus smoothly even on a tight 62.5mm lens, and the seamless design means no annoying seams catching on the rig. I’ve used it on three shoots so far and it hasn’t budged, which is more than I can say for my old gear.
