Swapping between 1/4, 3/8, and 5/8 inch threads is seamless, and the metal adapters feel much sturdier than the plastic ones I've used before. It solved my mic stand mounting issue in seconds.

Finally, a kit that actually includes all the common thread sizes I need for my boom pole and studio arm. The 1/4, 3/8, and 5/8 inch adaptors fit snugly without any wobble.

The brass threads on these adaptors are machined so precisely that each one screws on smoothly without any wobble. I’ve been using the 5/8 inch piece to mount my field recorder, and it feels rock-solid on the boom pole.
