Promaster Stepping Ring - 77mm-82mm

The threading is buttery smooth, and it locks onto my lens without any wobble. I've tested it with a couple of different filters, and the fit is consistently snug. Exactly what I needed for a secure adapter.

I was a little worried about thread alignment, but this ring threaded on smoothly without any cross-threading. The stepped design is really handy for switching between my 77mm and 82mm filters quickly.

The anodized aluminum feels sturdy and the threads are surprisingly smooth. Screwed right onto my lens without any binding, which is exactly what I needed for stacking filters.
