عدسة نيكون NIKKOR Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S

This lens gets me sharp shots of distant birds even in low morning light—the VR system makes handheld shooting surprisingly steady. It’s noticeably lighter than I expected for 800mm, which saves my arms after a few hours.

I needed a lens that could reach birds without spooking them, and the 800mm focal length pulls them right into the frame with incredible sharpness even wide open. The VR stabilization has saved me more than a few blurry shots when shooting handheld at sunrise.

The reach on this 800mm lens is just incredible — I was able to get sharp shots of a bald eagle from nearly half a mile away. It’s surprisingly light for such a long lens, which made handheld tracking a lot easier than I expected.
