Promaster LS2(n) Deluxe Light Stand

I needed a light stand that wouldn’t wobble during shoots, and this one locks tight at 9 feet. The multi-position stud made adjusting my softbox quick, and the legs feel sturdy even with a heavy strobe attached.

That multi-position mounting stud is super handy when I need to angle my softbox down without tilting the whole stand. It feels solid enough for daily use, and sets up in seconds.

The multi-position mounting stud is a small detail but makes a big difference when angling softboxes overhead. Setup took under two minutes and the legs lock solidly, so the 9-foot height feels stable even with a decent sized modifier on top.
