The jaws on this thing are seriously strong—I clipped it onto a light stand bar and it hasn’t budged an inch, even when I hung a heavy backdrop from it. Solid purchase for anyone needing a reliable grip in awkward spots.

Finally, a clamp that actually grips my boom arm without slipping, even when I angle it downward. The jaw opens wide enough to fit over thick metal bars, which has been my biggest headache with other clamps. Totally worth it for studio work.

I needed something sturdy enough to hold a heavy backdrop bar, and the jaws on this clamp are stronger than I expected. It grips tight without slipping, which is exactly what I needed for my light stand setup.
