GoPro Floaty (HERO)

Popped this on my HERO before a snorkeling trip and dropped it twice—the bright orange made it super easy to spot floating right on the surface. It does add a little bulk, but that’s a fair trade-off for the peace of mind.

I took it to the lake last weekend and accidentally knocked my camera off the dock—it popped right back up and I spotted the orange floating handle instantly. Charges fast too, about 40 minutes to full, which meant I was back filming in no time.

The bright orange is a lifesaver for spotting it in murky water, and I love that it wraps around the camera without blocking the buttons. Dropped mine off a kayak last week and it bobbed right up like a cork.
