I was a little nervous about cracking my 35mm cassettes, but this tool pops them open cleanly with zero wasted effort. The plastic-friendly grip is just right, and I've already reused two cassettes for bulk loading.

This little opener is so much more efficient than using a bottle opener or screwdriver to crack those plastic 35mm canisters. The grip is comfortable and gives you great leverage. It’s a simple, well-made tool that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Saves me from wrestling with those plastic cassettes every time—the grip is just right and it pops the shell open cleanly without bending the film spool. Color's a fun surprise too, adds a bit of personality to my darkroom setup.
