Canon Extender RF 2x

I’ve been using this extender with the 100-500mm lens and the autofocus is still snappy enough to track birds in flight. The smart-connect design makes attaching it feel secure without any wiggling. Definitely worth it for getting closer without losing too much light.

Paired it with my 100-500mm lens and the autofocus is still snappy even in low light, which surprised me. The dust and weather sealing gives me peace of mind when shooting outdoors. Sharpness holds up well for a 2x extender.

I’ve been using this extender with my 100-500mm lens for birding, and the image quality is sharper than I expected for a 2x. The dust- and water-resistant build gives me peace of mind when shooting outdoors in damp conditions. It clicks into place smoothly and feels solid.
